This coach is the identical floor plan to the coach offered here for sale. The only difference, is the coach in the article has a roof-mounted air conditioner. The coach offered for sale here, has two central air conditioning units. A few years ago, both units were completely refurbished and new high-pressure lines were installed. Both the front and rear units work perfectly. The dash air has also been recently refurbished; with a new compressor, new high-pressure lines, and a new condenser with electric cooling fans. At that time, the complete cooling system for this coach, was refurbished; which included replacing the engine radiator and cooling fans. My father purchased this coach in October of 2000. We purchased the vehicle with 20,000 miles. It currently has a little over 75,000 miles. Previous owner stated odometer intermittently didn’t work. Our experience has been that the odometer has ALWAYS worked. Therefore, this unit is being sold, true mileage unknown. Since my father’s passing, I have spent over $18,000 on upgrading and refurbishing this coach. I have all receipts for documentation. Below, I have listed some of the recent improvements and upgrades that I have performed to this coach. We have never used this motorhome.
