Grandma is retired and ready to downsize.  We're selling a 1995 Fleetwood Bounder Class A motorhome with full cover for winter storage.  We are the second owners and have driven her to Upstate New York, California and the Texas coast several times.  In July 2016 we took a 12 day tour of Colorado visiting 16 state parks and 4 national parks/monuments.  She still has a lot of life left in her and the interior is in very good condition.  The RV is kept in a secure storage facility.  The storage space is NOT included with the sale of the motorhome.   Pros:  Current service includes:  8/5/16  Replace pressure switch and relay for auto park and replace leaking transmission fuel lines  6/16/15 45 point inspection, Reseal/Condition roof, dewinterize, drain waste water tanks, R&R compartment handle, service battery, drain fuel tank, R&R, rear A/C cover, R&R hydro booster, power steering flush, charge and test battery's coach, R&R marker light, motorhome alignment, mount and balance tire, rebuild carburetor, generator service, replace valve stems, air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, sewer drain hose.  Cons:  Some ceiling damage when roof was leaking.  Had the carpets and ceiling cleaned in June 2016 (pictures included) shows slight staining.  Some windows are dirty between the panes.  Cannot be cleaned manually.  Low water pressure (~$500 repair), a few of the outer bay handles are tough to open.  Bathroom vent doesn't open since we had roof repaired. Haven't checked for obstruction yet.  Factory propane tank leaked a few years ago and still remains under RV.  We replaced it with 2 removable propane tanks in storage bay near door so that they can be removed, refilled and reinstalled instead of driving to the propane refilling station.     We have tried to include all the recent repairs along with all of the negative items so there are no surprises.  Leveling blocks are included with the sale of the RV.  We have taken good care of her over the years and have a lot of wonderful memories.  The vehicle is sold AS IS in case there's anything we've missed in the description.  Please contact us with any questions.   This item is pick up only.
