1999 Sterling Stone Spreader Truck This is a Sterling truck with a CanAmerican stone spreader body on it that works great. The truck is powered by a Caterpillar 3306 engine and a 8LL transmission. It has 40k rears and 18k fronts with a GVW of 58,000 pounds without the air lift axle. We purchased this truck and drove it home 125 miles with no trouble. This truck runs and operates but it does have excessive blowby and should probably have an inframe done in the future, but it can be used the way it is I just wanted disclose the blowby.
