2004 Dutchmen 31BH, 31' camper w/ 14' slideout living room, sleeps 8, very good condition. Well cared for, but not perfect. Owned by older couple, non-smokers. Many newer updates including carpet, flooring, awning, kitchen faucet, tires. 32" hd tv, ac, heat, queen size master bed, sofa sleeper, table makes bed, and 2 bunks. Diamond tread chip guard, sliding master bedroom doors, led rope lights. A few minor issues - minor dents on back side, one 4" hole in paneling by back closet that has been patched up with leftover paneling, small stain on one of the master bedroom end tables. Overall, this camper is in great shape and is turn key ready for your first adventure.
