Beautiful 36ft 2005 Prowler Regal Fleetwood Travel Trailer with 4 pop-outs that make this 5th wheel roomy enough to not just vacation in but to call home.  The livingroom has a built in oak entertainment center with an electric fireplace.  There is a couch that makes into a bed and 2 recliners.  The floor has plush tan carpeting that extends into the dining area that has an oak table with 4 cushioned chairs.  The kitchen has wood flooring and oak cabinets.  The refrigerator has an oak front.  There is a stove with a microwave over it and a spacious sink to the side.  There is a cabinet built to hide the garbage can.   There are dishes, silverware, glasses, an icemaker and a toaster that come with the kitchen. The bathroom has a spacious shower & bathtub combination & the sink has drawers with a mirror medicine cabinet above.  Upstairs is a queen sized bed, oak storage space and an area for a tv.  There is also an electric fireplace below the tv.  One of my moms favorite features is a counter top beside the bed that has a mirror that pops up and a stool so that you can sit and do your makeup and hair.  There is also a sink in the bedroom that gives you the convenience of almost 2 bathrooms.  Outside of the trailer there is plenty of storage areas as well as a roll out awning.  A satillite finder sits on top that automatically finds availableSatillites no matter where your at so that you can watch tv on the 2 tvs that come with the trailer.  There is a generator that makes this trailer fully self contained. This trailer has been well taken care of and extremely clean.  My parents had a hard time deciding to sell but because they no longer have a vehicle to pull it they hoped to find someone that would enjoy it as much as they have.  All serious offers will be considered including a trade.
