Up for sale is a 2007 Gulf Stream Kingsport 29’ camper that sleeps 6 comfortably and is perfect for a couple or a family!  It features ducted A/C and Heat, a walk around Queen bed in the front of the trailer, a power roof antenna and a 12’ power slide out that contains the Sofa and Dinette.  Both the sofa and dinette convert into beds.  With the slide out, the living area and kitchen provide ample space for rainy days and plenty of seating with the sofa, dinette, window bench seat and include a comfortable chair with matching upholstery.  The kitchen includes a large double bowl deep sink, microwave, gas range w/ oven, range hood and an ice cold Norcold fridge/freezer.  Not to mention and incredible amount of storage space in nicely appointed wood cabinets, including a mirrored pantry and under dinette storage.  The bathroom features a standard toilet and nice sized shower and include a power vent and skylight above.  The vanity, sink and medicine cabinet are located just outside the bathroom between the kitchen and bedroom.  This area also contains are nicely sized wardrobe cabinet.  The walk around queen bed has an updated mattress w/ heated mattress pad and a storage area below the bed w/ struts to hold it open.  The bedroom also features a TV shelf w/ cable hookup, overhead storage and a wardrobe beside the bed.  The outside features an 18’ manual awning, city water hook up, dual 30lb propane tanks mounted on the front, deep cycle battery and a power hitch jack.  There is also pass through storage in the front of the unit that is accessible from both sides.I am selling this travel trailer for a friend of mine and the owner states that all features and appliances work as they should.  The inside of the trailer is in near perfect condition with no real obvious blemishes on the flooring, walls, cabinets and upholstery.  The touch and feel of the sofa and dinette cushions and the mattress are like new giving me the impression that this camper has experienced very light use.  The exterior has a few cosmetic blemishes you would expect from a 2007 camper, like the edges of decals are starting to curl or peel up.  There are also a few dings and scratches on the awning side that the owner had to point out to me and I have included pictures of those issues.  No structural damage of any kind.  The 4 running tires have a good amount of tread remaining, but I no information on age.  The spare however does not hold air, but the rim itself appears to be fine.  There is also a small tear in the screen which could easily be repaired.All of that being said, this camper is being sold in “AS/IS” condition and no warranty is being offered or implied.  This unit is located near North Webster, Indiana and I would be happy to arrange an in person tour/inspection.  If you have any questions and want to see the unit in person you can call or text me at 574-518-0492 or you can contact me via ebay messaging.We listed this unit as local pickup only, but we will consider a limited distance delivery for a fee.  DO NOT expect delivery unless you contact me and discuss prior to auction close or before using the “Buy It Now” feature.We are listing this camper’s buy it now, below NADA “Low Retail”.  If you’ve been wanting to get into a great camper without draining the bank, this is the one for you. A credit union does hold the title, so you will get a bill of sale and when funds are cleared we will send the title to you.JUST LOWERED THE "BUY IT NOW" AND THE "RESERVE".
