This motor home is in near perfect condition. It has a small scratch outside lower rear of the bus from a tree branch or something to that effect. It was there when I purchased it, also, with the coach being closed up,, there is a soft milky haze in the clear coat of some of the wood trim. It goes away once opened and used for a while so I just installed water extractors in the bus to eliminate the humidity. This bus has a 425 caterpillar w/ a 6 speed allison w/ a two stage brake. It has a new exhaust complete and updated electrical shut-off master switches, all work performed by the dealer. This bus was just serviced and is ready to roll. It also has a 7.5 onans diesel generator along with diesel fire hot water/furnace which works and runs flawlessly. Up graded water suppy to fridge along with a new ice maker. Washer/dryer combo works great. This unit has too many extras to list so email for more info The tires are in new shape but are out dated. To have all 6 tires replaced, it will be around $1800.00 for a good set of radials. This unit is selling for $40,000.00 and the price is firm, so please, only serious buyers...
