The RV is a maintained and clean. All the appliances work. There is a working gas generator with 4293 hours and an on-board propane system. The dashboard heating/AC Blower unit needs to be replaced or repaired, it blows out the fuse when in use. The tires are in great shape There are signs of roof water damage from previous owners but has been repaired. So, the interior is dry and there are no leaks.The awning has a tare on the left side from drying and lack of use. There are about 121998 miles on it. The two 12 volt deep cell batteries need to be replaced. But, as of summer 2015 the 12 volt system was in use and working. There are two working A/C units on the roof. The Middle A/C unit works with the on-board generator and the 30 amp landline . As for the rear A/C unit. It works with a 110 separate electrical landline. The furnace, stove, microwave hot water system, water pumps, refrigerator(works on electric,propane and 12v) The shower, toilet, bathroom sink. and of course the kitchen sink. Everything works well and in good conditionThe exterior paint on it is marine high gloss blue. It is easy to maintain and clean and touch up when needed.
