I bought it 6 months ago and it was kept amazing by the family that owned it. the inside is like new. it was never lived in and has very low miles at only 45k miles and maintained very well. all new tires, oil, brakes all kept up on. rv has everything and modern design like 1 bedroom not a studio. this is not some cheap rv, this is all top of the line options and every option avbl 2000 coachmen santara 311sb. it sits on a ford 450 frame and motor. which is the ford superduty van. this is very easy to drive. you can see in the video me driving it. also parts are not only extremely cheap as they are ford. but you can work on it yourself or any auto shop can work on it and have parts unlike most of the oversized rvs. plus those large busses and trucks are much harder to drive GETS EASY 10 MPG! van front end and single dully rear with all brand new tires. no pop outs for extra weight that always break I installed custom led lights, replaced all the lights and put up light bars and blue mood lighting *replaced all haniging lights and replaced with modern led lights and figtures *replaced all cabinet handles with stainless steel handles *3 TVS INCLUDING BRAND NEW 40 IN FULL 4K HD TV *bought NEW AC unti control with remote and led display *has ac unit in front and back BACK BEDROOM back bedroom is its own room and has a queen size bed for 2 to sleep on. comes with original covers as bed was not really used. I installed custom window covers all around and laser light to hit ceiling with lights. I have also installed custom WATER speakers that can be connected threw your phone with Bluetooth to listen to music and have a cool colored water show in the bedroom. I also installed usb charger for phone. there is a 13 inch tv in the bedroom also. vents for AC and 3 large windows with curtains. no one ever things about security... but that is the most important thing isn't it... your life? custom installed hidden bracket behind bed which holds a brand new 12 GA shotgun purchased just for this rv so you know you are 100% save no matter where your sleeping (comes with rv must pass background check) floor has carpet and plenty of storage space for your personal items. can also watch 40 inch tv screen from bed BATHROOM/SHOWER SEPARATE BATHROOM FROM SHOWER!! yes I hate when these have bathrooms that's are not really bathrooms or showers. cant tell you how big this is. one room is shower which also has a bar to hang clothing or use at storage. yes hot water shower or cold water shower and has a vent also. never used shower as you can tell from pic. the bathroom on the other side has hot water also in sink and toilet with flush, not a port or poti type. I also got new chrome faucet so it looks modern. both have led lights also. bathroom also has mirror for changing room also and tons of storage KITCHEN has a DOUBLE sink which is perfect and so worth it most just have the small sink. ofcourse hot water as well. some counter space with led lights for cooking. even has a VENT for cooking so everything gets pulled out and no problems cooking inside if its raining outside. 3 burner gas cooking top along with oven if you feel like cooking a frozen pizza you pull out of the freezer. has good size frig and freezer that lock close. frig runs on power or gas, most rvs have very small frig you cant even put a gallon of milk in, this one is large. great kitchen cabinets that hold everything top and bottom with all new stainless steel hardware for a modern look. comes with a cutting board which comes in handy if you are going to grill outside. also has a fire extinguisher just in case. high end microwave from Samsung don't think has been used even. also has a panel that tells you how much propane, water, power and how full your tanks are. generator can also be started from inside the kitchen. DINING ROOM there is a table next to the kitchen with come nice new blue led lights along with extra powerful led light bulb that are good incase you want to play some poker or board games at the table. wall has a nice picture of some roads in the grand canyon that is about 3 feel long. the table has drink holders incase you are driving to not spill and the table can actually be set down and fold down into another bed for 2. table easily seats 4 to eat or play LIVING ROOM the front room has a nice couch that folds down into a bed. plenty of lighting all around both in led lighs and windows. there are white lights and blue mood lights. there is also a very comfy captains chair. I have bought a brand new 2016 40 inch flat screen 4k tv hooked up to a xbox360 with a bunch of games that I use all the time to play games over wifi threw my phone with my friend back in boston. or you can hook up threw the hdmi to watch tv from your laptop, can watch anything on it and new movies. also I hooked up a nice sound system which is a high end set of computer speakers actually 5.1 channel with 5 satellite speakers all around and subwoofer box so music or anything sounds amazing. speakers outside even. roof vents are also nice along with tons of high end cabinets with etched glass for storage. all hardware also replaced with modern stainless steel handles for 2016 RV BODY- never been in a accident. I did put a custom grill on it because I didn't like ford one and I wanted a custom look. looks so much better. you can also just bolt on a newer 2008-2016 front bumper, grill and those modern headlights and this rv will be looking like new... that's what I was going to do but no need. I also replaced the oem tiny little flood light bulb to make light outside with a high end 10w rgb led flood light which comes with a remote control and lights up the entire side and ground about 50 feet out with white or whatever color you want when you are camping. or have a fire outside and jam to some music with your friends and make it pulse like your in a club...in the middle of no where. its all up to you.
