·    Sleeps 8 o Queen bed in front o Single bunks in rear o Table converts to bed o Couch pull out into futon like bed ·    Refrigerator and Air conditioner both work great ·    New breaks & drums 7/2016 ·    3 tires purchased 5/2015 & 1 replaced 7/2016 ·    Current inspection ·    Soft spot in rear corner, leak repaired, spray insulation placed in ceiling *Some interior lights don't work but most do.  Working lights provide sufficient lighting that the others aren't missed (my personal opinion) .  We have never looked into why the lights don't work but its something more than a bulb. *Tear in canopy, but still functional (picture from our last camping trip with canopy out to show the tear) *Great starter camper with a lot of memories still to be made *See Pictures for the layout of the unit.  The only difference from the floor plan to the actual unit is ours has no chair as marked on the floor plan. *Dogs not included
