This Nomad Trailer is very clean.  The sink, stove, fridge, and microwave are extremely nice and clean and show only light use. The AC is ICE Cold and has no trouble keeping up on the hottest of days. The cabinetry is clean and all drawers slide nice and doors close securely.  Every thing works perfectly. It has the upgraded roof vents with rain covers so you can leave them open even in the rain. Also has the AM/FM Tape, stereo with four ceiling speakers and a nice spot for a good sized TV with antenna and cable hook ups and amplified antenna output. It has the tank monitor and it seems to work perfectly also. Has rear queen bed to sleep two and a jack knife sofa to sleep two.  The dinette also converts to a bed to sleep two little ones. The entire rubber roof was professionally replaced two years ago and should be good for another ten to fifteen years. The prior owner had attempted to repair the inside ceiling where the roof had leaked in the rear bedroom area.  It did not look good so we took it out and did it right.  We rebuild trailers for a living.  We know what we are doing and we use the correct factory materials and assembly methods. We removed the old damaged ceiling, wall board, and insulation.  We replaced the insulation and the wall board and ceiling board.  The replacement wall board is white because the original color design has been discontinued.  In those cases we do our best to match it.  In this case the original board was mostly light colored so we went with white. The leak was caught early and the roof was replaced so damage to the unit was minimal.  The floor in the unit is all original and solid, no soft spots. The trailer tows really nice and has excellent electric brakes that work very well.  Its all ready to go camping! Happy Bidding. Note: There is no awning on the unit, however it did have one at one time and one could be installed again.  Brackets are still in place. Note: The tires on this unit are very nice.  No dry rot and tread that appears to be brand new.  It appears the the prior owner bought all four new rims and tires as they have the blue and red stripes on them which is not factory.
