Many of these vehicles we have to purchase to maintain our data contracts, they never leave the insurance auction holding facility from which the images were taken. We do not fix repair or re image these vehicles we simply do not have the staff and are clearly not selling these vehicles for retail. We are the only licensed Salvage Dealer & Vehicle Auction distributor that works with their customers, protects them from purchasing non insurance company vehicles. There is no shortage of inventory and we strongly urge our customers to understand that there are many vehicles being offered daily. Are you a dealer or private seller?We are a licensed and bonded dealer and have been in business for over 20 years. We also use licensed and bonded dealers/ authorized brokers who possess special salvage bid cards that your average dealer may not have.2. Do you accept PayPal? Unfortunately we do not accept Paypal. We do have alternate forms of submitting a deposit to reserve the vehicle such as Direct Cash Deposit or Bank Wire Transfer. We will provide you with this at he end of the auction.3.Can I pick up the vehicle and pay for it myself at the holding facility?Yes, many of our customers happen to choose this option if they are located near a particular facility. Simply put, if you decide to exercise the option to pay at the holding facility with a bank check you must address ALL refunds with that facility. We are not responsible for any refunds for checks that are given to the facilities direct. 4.What happens if I arrive at the facility and I see that the vehicle is missing parts, its not what it seemed to be in the images, it was tampered with, keys are missing etc.? We advertise all of our vehicles on an AS IS basis. If for any reason you receive a vehicle that is completely inaccurate from its description (ie, VIN, Run & Drive, Gasoline or Diesel, Clean or Salvage Title) please contact our offices and we will assist you in an exchange or a refund depending on which payment method was applied. As far as keys are concerned, neither do the auctions nor do we guarantee keys. For those customers that retrieve the vehicles from the facility, please be aware once the gate release has been issued, and the vehicle has left the yard, NO REFUNDS will be accepted. 5. Where is the vehicle?Vehicles are stored at holding facilities and insurance auctions across the nation that store and/or resell vehicles for the insurance companies through various venues.6. If I receive a vehicle and am unhappy with it, will you assist in reselling?Yes, we will be more than willing to assist in finding a holding facility near your location to resell on the market. We have a global audience bidding on these vehicles. Our team will help you find a replacement as well, if needed. Kindly keep in mind, if you are bidding on vehicles we offer, please understand our descriptions are brief and in most cases we are unable to physically inspect all of them.7. What form of payments do you accept?We DO NOT accept PayPal. We only accept bank checks, cash direct deposits or wire transfers. Bank wire instructions are located on your brokers final invoice. Payment  MUST  be made  PRIOR to picking up the vehicle or simultaneously at our facilities.    The insurance holding facilities require  full payment  within 48 hours  after closing by wire if you are not picking up the vehicle at the facility.  NO VEHICLE MAY BE DRIVEN OFF THE FACILITY. NO EXCEPTIONS!!   *Note:   There is a $75 daily storage fee  charged by the insurance holding facility for any vehicle not picked up within 72 hours  of auction end.   Please  Do Not  assume anything not listed is included.   We strive to find our customers the highest quality vehicles at the best available prices.  We strongly encourage an independent 3rd  party inspection BEFORE you bid or buy especially when buying something unseen.
