This trailer spent most of its life in a pole barn and very little road time, I was using it for family when they visited and was used a couple weeks ago. Everything works as it should and it has super cold AC (replaced in 2012). It has Electric or Propane Fridge, Propane Heat, Propane Stove and Oven, Microwave, Propane Hot Water Heater. Roof is tight with no leaks. I went through this trailer a few years ago and updated all plumbing, flooring and rubberized the roof. Everything is in good working order, I would replace the tires if I was going to hit the road because they are a little weathered. Other than that this trailer is in great condition and ready to go anywhere. It's a late 80s model but since it's had little use and has been updated it seems much newer. It can sleep 4-6 comfortably. We have a clean title for it. Let us know if you have any questions. Great travel trailer!
