It features a full fiberglass roof which means no stress cracks, etc. There has never been a roof leak, floor is solid, no soft spots! There is a place by the front wide window that needs the wall panel replaced. Everything works in the camper as it should..a/c, furnace, lights, stove, refrigerator...etc. Tires are in very good shape. Hook up lights all work, it does however need 2 brake magnets but still has plenty of brakes.Awning does have a tear and door handle needs replaced. There is NO title and is being sold with a BILL OF SALE!!!! LOCAL PICK UP ONLY!If you are looking for a camper for a permanent site or hunting camp or are in a state not requiring a title then this would be ideal!
