Featherlite is known to build some of the longest lasting Cargo and Auto Trailer because of the solid aluminum construction. I have bought and sold various Featherlite trailers over the years including some pretty costly Nascar Trailers. Like most things, "they don't build em like that any more", rings true for the newer Featerlites. It is hard to believe this trailer is a 1999 model. This is a very well build trailer and small enough to pull behind a lighter diesel pusher coach or a 3/4 ton diesel pickup truck.  We took this trailer in on trade for a much larger race trailer and it served the previous owner for the last 6 years. He used the trailer to pull behind his motorhome carrying 2 race cars. This is considered a "Short Stacker" at just 128in tall(add 17in for the roof top AC). The exterior is wrapped with a custom vinyl wrap that matched his coach. We were told the exterior is white in color and still in good condition. This is not something we will guarantee as we have no way of knowing the condition under the wrap. We can remove the wrap for a fee, but the trailer must be paid in full prior to us removing the wrap.  We did notice some tanks under the trailer which leads me to believe that the trailer once had a bathroom on board, but it is no longer set up for a bathroom. There is a nice ladder on the front that leads to a walk on roof and there is grand stand located on the roof as well. A 22ft Awning has been added in the last few years as well as a nice stereo with amplifier. Also located onboard is a small 110volt air compressor that is plumbed throughout the trailer including a few ports outside and the retractable hose reel in the rear. The interior os the trailer has 110volt fluorescent lights and some 12volt LED lights as well. The lift itself is a 4,000lb capacity Stinger. According to the Featerlite tag located on the tongue, it was equipped with 3 4300lb capacity axles, but it is wearing at the very least, 6,000lb capacity torsion axles with 8lug Alcoa Wheels. I would imagine it was originally build with the lighter duty axles and was upgraded at some point in time. From close inspection of the undercarriage, it can easily sustain the heavier weight as the tongue itself is heavy 8in rectangular tubing. Please do not expect a brand new trailer, but it is far from any other 1999 model you may find.
