You are looking at a beautiful 2007 Newmar Mountain Aire 4523 with only 43311 on the miles.  this rig is powered by a Cummins 450Hp turbo diesel which is paired with an Allison six speed world transmission.  The exterior of the coach is in excellent shape and shows no wear or fading of any kind.  Coach has full pass thru storage with slide trays.  The cargo bays also have a full freezer and an outdoor entertainment center.  The front tires are Firestone 2014 315/80/22.5 and the rear tires are orginal.  The only other thing I could fault on the coach is a cracked windshield.
